Psychological Coaching

Traditional coaching focuses on goals and behavior. Psychological coaching goes a layer deeper and works on what's driving the strain.

Who it's for

For anyone going through a tough stretch who wants to understand what's really behind it. Sometimes the trigger is obvious: a job change, a crisis, a turning point. And sometimes everything looks fine from the outside, but it doesn't feel that way inside.

Is this mostly about your role as a leader or founder? Then Leadership Coaching or Founder Coaching may be the better fit.

How it works

  1. 01

    Intro call

A free 20-minute call to get to know each other and see whether we're a good fit.

  2. 02

    Taking stock

Using structured questionnaires and a systematic review, we get a clear picture of where you are right now. Everything else builds on this.

  3. 03

    Setting goals

We agree on what we'll work on and how you'll know it's changing. Often the first few weeks show there's more going on than what brought you here. Then we adjust the goals.

  4. 04

    The work

We meet regularly, usually every one to three weeks. Each session ends with concrete next steps, and you get exercises and worksheets for the time in between.

  5. 05

    Review and adjust

We keep track of your progress and change course when something shifts along the way.

Format

Single sessions, a 5- or 10-session package, or an individual arrangement. Online or in person at my practice in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
