Founder Coaching
Founding is a ride between euphoria and despair, often on the same day. Before long your self-worth is tied to how the company is doing, and everything else takes a back seat, including your health. I know that dilemma well. I built and led a team at a startup and have founded two companies myself.
Who it's for
For founders at every stage, solo or as co-founders. We work on making room for ambition, health and a good life, and on how you work as a founding team. Mismatched expectations and unresolved conflict often slow a young company down more than the market does.
How it works
01
Intro call
A free 20-minute call to get to know each other and see whether we're a good fit.
02
Taking stock
Through personality assessment and identity work we look at how much room the company takes up in your life and what's getting squeezed out. For co-founders, we also look at roles and what you expect from each other.
03
Setting goals
We agree on what we'll work on and how you'll know something has shifted.
04
The work
We meet regularly to work on your topics. Co-founders work together or separately, depending on the topic. Between sessions you keep going with exercises and worksheets.
05
Review and adjust
We look at what has changed and adjust the process when something shifts in the company or in you.
Format
Single sessions, a 5- or 10-session package, or an individual arrangement. Online or in person at my practice in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
What clients say

Priorities, not a nonstop sprint
“I'm a founder, and I constantly felt I had to get through one to-do after another. [...] I pushed myself to my limits for weeks on end and kept getting sick. Working with Adrian, I learned to set priorities differently [...] and to stop tying my worth to my performance alone.”
