Leadership Coaching

Leadership means stepping into roles you didn't always choose. The challenge is to still be recognizably yourself.

Who it's for

Many of the leaders I work with are good with people. That's exactly why they find it hard to make things uncomfortable, to spell out expectations, and to hold the line when they meet resistance. This is for you if you have feedback or conflict conversations coming up, if you want more presence, or if your own resilience has become the bottleneck.

How it works

  1. 01

    Intro call

A free 20-minute call to get to know each other and see whether we're a good fit.

  2. 02

    Taking stock

Personality and leadership style assessments give us a clear picture of where you stand and where the biggest levers are.

  3. 03

    Setting goals

We agree on what we'll work on and how you'll know something is moving. Often it turns out there's more at stake than the role itself. Then we adjust the goals.

  4. 04

    The work

In regular sessions we work on your leadership challenges. We prepare difficult conversations together and debrief them afterwards. Exercises and worksheets carry the work into the time in between.

  5. 05

    Review and adjust

Along the way we check what's actually working and recalibrate when your situation changes.

Format

Single sessions, a 5- or 10-session package, or an individual arrangement. Online or in person at my practice in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin. Your company can also book this for you.
