I'm Adrian. Psychologist, coach, founder.
Psychological depth, combined with real leadership experience. For change that lasts.

My path
I grew up in southern Germany and did the International Baccalaureate in Toronto. Then came three years of medical school, which I left to study psychology. I completed my master’s degree in Würzburg.
I spent my first working years at Selfapy, a Berlin startup. There I built and led a team of psychologists, helped develop online psychology programs and ran the efficacy study with Charité, Berlin's university hospital.
I've had my own practice as a psychologist and coach since 2021. Alongside it, I kept founding: Menty in 2022, an online program designed to help men connect with their inner lives, and Gerty in 2025, an AI system for coaching. I shut both down because they didn't become sustainable. Those weren't easy calls, but I learned a lot from them. I know what it's like to build something with total conviction and then let it go, and I bring that into my work with clients.

Qualifications
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Psychology (Würzburg), coach training alongside my studies, and a license to practice psychotherapy under Germany's Heilpraktiker law. I also bring product development experience: I've built and tested psychological coaching programs and spent a lot of time on which strategies actually make a difference in everyday life.
How I work
I'm not tied to a single method or school. I combine different psychological approaches and tools, depending on what actually works for you. My goal isn't to hand you a ready-made explanation, but to help you understand for yourself what's really shaping how you think, feel and act.

Topics and approaches I work with:
- Personality assessment (Big Five)
- Strengths and potential
- Self-worth
- Identity
- Values
- Meaning and purpose
- Limiting beliefs
- Communication styles and strategies
- Emotional intelligence
- Leadership styles
- Strengths-based leadership
- Positive psychology
- Resilience
- Stress management
- Mindfulness
- Building on your resources
- Emotion regulation
- Conflict dynamics
- Decision-making
Why I do this
My training isn't the only thing that shaped me. As a young adult I was knocked off course by big existential questions, and they ended up setting my direction: Who do I want to be? What am I capable of? And what do I actually want to live for?
Those questions are still with me, in my life and in my work. And I've learned that the next step usually matters more than a perfect view of the summit. You don't have to know the whole path to start walking it.
Outside of work
Outside of work I like to keep moving: sports, Berlin's museums, or road trips in my camper van. I also love diving, both scuba and freediving.
